Installation requires some effort

Switches are good, but they require some effort to install. Drilling a 3/8 inch hole will get you close to it, but then you'll have to gradually shave it off until you get a tight fit. I wish the bezel around the switch was a bit wider for a neater look, if your hole isn't perfect you can see it around the edges.
