I like it. A lot of. in Multi Cookers

The heating element of our Crock-Pot Multi Cooker stopped working after the first year of operation and was either working too fast or too slow. In any case, it was very bad. I looked around for other pots and noticed that many of the reviewers were talking about the lead content of the pottery. So before I wanted to buy a new slow cooker, I wanted to make sure it was relatively safe. I researched about 6 or 7 websites and came to the conclusion that unless I test it myself I'm probably not sure if it's completely safe or if all those concerns about Lead were actually overblown. .While I was still researching, I noticed this particular brand that I had never heard of before. They do not advertise LEAD in the product. Well, that was a snag for me because I was able to stop worrying about at least one factor. What about all the other factors? Again my heating element failed after about a year. But with only a few reviews on this device, I can't say much about this device. So I have no idea if this item will hold up or not. I know I love the look of this unit on my dark brown granite countertop. It just looks cool without looking too cool. But none of this matters if it works properly. So today I fired it for the first time. I started making the stew around 10am and filled it halfway and it was ready about a quarter past 2pm. A little over 4 hours seems very reasonable to me. Now I have to admit that I make stew, I just put things together and so I never repeat the same recipe twice and I have no idea if it was just bad luck or not, but the stew I made today has better mixed - by far - what kind of stew can I remember for the last four or five years! The taste was absolutely outstanding. I really can't believe this appliance has made me a better cook, although I still hope it could be. I think someone made a comment about it being relatively easy to clean and I certainly dropped that comment entirely. Well I have to tell you I was quite shocked at how easy it was to clean. I left tomato, onion and potato stains on the appliance for about an hour after they had cooled down. In my old slow cooker, that would have meant hours of misery. So I read the directions and just used soap, warm water and a nice little sponge and started wiping it down. I have to say I was a little overwhelmed that it just went off. I ran over to show a family member because I couldn't believe it and neither did she. In 40 seconds it went from a total mess baked on Thunder to the look it was when it shipped. I like that porcelain stoneware doesn't have a color, but that it's natural. I don't know if that was why it was easier to clean, because technically the painted piece should be easier to clean. But actually I've found that the results are actually the opposite, and I have to say that this is the best feature yet, if it can even be called a feature. Since time and energy are important to me, I am very satisfied. Someone seems to have mentioned that the device wobbles because it only stands on three legs. That's true and I thought it would be a big problem. But that doesn't seem to be a problem, especially when there's food in it. Still have to be careful for the future but he didn't seem to play at all today which is good. So I give it. Appearance 9 Cooking time 9 Ease of cleaning 10 Taste of the recipes 10
