Customer Service at DIYMAG has let me down

I recently encountered a problem with DIYMAG's client support. Unfortunately, the rare earth magnets I ordered from their web store were defective. I received unhelpful and unresponsive service when I contacted their customer care department. I felt as though my concerns were not treated seriously, despite their reputation for placing a high priority on customer satisfaction. It was annoying to have to go through so many hurdles in order to get a refund for a product that was obviously faulty. Despite having high-quality products, DIYMAG's customer support could use some work.
