Chest Weird

I'm 5ft 2ft, 140lbs and 34B. After reading the reviews I chose the large which was too big. I need 38DD to fill this top. But the floor fits perfectly. I don't think medium will solve the chest problem so I'll just return it. There are also weird pads that will never stay in place if you really want to watersports. The fabric is nice and looks well tailored but definitely for a bustier.
