Bought as a spare in case of missing wires. It works well on most channels broadcast in my area except for a few fuzzy channels. There are so many variables in signal reception that I can't really blame the antenna. When it's receiving a strong signal, the picture looks great. A booster (amplifier) helps boost the signal and potentially increase the range of the antenna, but does not correct a poor signal or reception. Build quality is on par with other antennas, and the addition of a stand and double-sided window stickers are welcome additions. My other OTA antenna is much more expensive than this one and doesn't have better reception.
