In the good old days, when gyms were still a thing, I incorporated TRX belts into my everyday life. .When everyone was hiding in their basements in 2020 I decided to buy this to try and keep fit at home. It's a great way to do a lot of different strength-training workouts in a small space (and it's easy to store away when you're not using it so it doesn't take up space like a machine). . Even at the price of "real" TRX straps, they're worth the price for what you can do with them. But they are just as good as "real" belts for a fraction of the cost!
