BETTER than Body Glide
I've been using Body Glide for many years, but it has one downside. Using Body Glide and storing it in a hot car will make it sticky. Friction Defense works just as well but doesn't melt. The bonus is that it's cheaper! It's also sold at a few major stores, so you don't have to wait for the premiere or go to a bike/running specialty store to shell out $15 for the Body Glide. Pro tip: put it on BEFORE you break a sweat. Then it works even better and longer.
