Review on 🦈 High-Quality Hyundai Elantra Shark Fin Antenna 2011-2016 - OEM Genuine AM/FM 96210-3X100NKA by Lyle Stepp

First the item arrived with another item I ordered in a Revain plastic mailer which is sufficient as the fin itself comes in its own box. When I opened the package, the box of fins was unsealed, the tape had already been torn off, and the authenticity seal was already removed and folded (see image). I figured as long as it's not broken and working, everything suits me. After the headache of removing the old fin and installing the new one, the NEW fin's satellite component doesn't work. It was definitely a returned defective item which the seller didn't report and made sure it wasn't resold. Two warnings to the seller who also advised that if you contact them after ordering (see FAQ for this item) they could ship you any color. I hate going through the return process after a lengthy install. Also, removing the fin antenna will leave the car's roof open to the elements and cause damage and rust in the cabin, so I'm stuck with this piece of junk!
