I like mirrors and wish there were no such problems with them. All reviews that the wires hardly stretch are true. This wasn't a deal breaker as the wiring is long enough if not following the manufacturer's wiring route. Reviews that the upper (large) mirror shakes are also true. It really worries me. My upper right mirror wobbles a bit at highway speeds. If (if) I find a solution I will update my review. The left mirror goes crazy when I use the key fob to unlock the truck. I couldn't program the mirror positions into driver preference memory, so I had to disable the seat/mirror recall, which isn't a deal breaker either. The fit/finish of my right mirror is somewhat lacking. The two moldings don't match perfectly and there's a slight ugly overlap, which isn't a deal breaker either. If one of those issues was the only issue, it would be easier to overlook minor issues, but the combination of all those minor issues adds up to 3 stars. It could easily be 2 stars but it's a huge improvement over standard mirrors, especially for towing. I have read many reviews on many mirrors and they all seem to have issues at any price point so they seem to be just as good as the more expensive ones. In general I am satisfied with the mirrors.
