Nanohydroxyapatite was invented by NASA in the 1970's to remineralize astronauts' bones and teeth in zero gravity so I'm confused as to why it's in the US is not more popular. If I were a dentist or an osteologist, I would be there for all of this. In any case, it's superior to fluoride in every way, not to mention that (unlike fluoride) it can be swallowed. The fact that it's nano-sized also means that hydroxyapatite is small enough to actually penetrate and repair tooth enamel. That being said, I suggest ignoring the barkers and naysayers who criticize this excellent toothpaste for being fluoride-free. But my personal testimony: I immediately feel the difference. My tooth enamel is worn out and I have multiple cavities so my teeth are not perfect but I use these toothpaste tablets and my teeth look smoother and shinier. I would definitely buy this again.
