These are by far the worst perches I have ever bought for my birds. There is only 1/2 inch between the bars in the cage so it is difficult to maneuver the perch between the bars to secure it. Even when my bird is sitting, it keeps falling. I have tried to get a refund for these perches but due to the shipping cost my refund is zero. I believe these basses are a defective product and I should receive a full refund. In this case, the shipping costs should be reduced. I am a very good customer and buy from you almost every day.
