Funny and entertaining.
Very colorful and bright. My almost 3 year old has a very busy body so I thought this would work on her, she has enjoyed using it for a while. I think I enjoy it a lot more than she does. My rating is based on the fact that the toy is a bit heavy and it might hurt someone if it falls. I wish the white material was rubber rather than hard plastic, that would make a really good teether.
