Yes it’s waterproof. Yes it’s sticky. Sure anyone wielding a brush or roller could apply. Shortly after applying it turned yellow, I did paint over it all but I’m still concerned that it might turn my paint yellow. Also my paint cracked on top of it after allowing the instructions dry time. It also stayed sticky for 3+ days after applying.My last complaint is that it’s "self leveling” capabilities only work if you put it on a surface that it isn’t going to run or drip down. Lots of other products I should’ve chosen. Lesson learned. Off the soap box. Wouldn’t recommend or buy again.
