A very smart solution for ventilating your furnishings where ventilation is not available or not working!

I was remodeling my bathroom which was having problems with the tub draining and gurgling when flushing the toilet. When all the walls were shown, the vent pipes exposed and I realized that I had very little space in my sink cabinet to properly vent the sink drain, I decided to investigate how to vent it. I have found that this unit can be used in places where the light fixture requires venting and also in places where there is no vent pipe to the roof. I decided to install this device and after reading the instructions I found that it could supply a large volume of air to the sewer and was allowed by the regulations. This device is fully automatic and seals when air is not needed, preventing sewage gases from entering the room. When I was actually able to test the device, I was amazed at how quickly the lights went out. The sink drained very quickly as if the water had been sucked down the drain. I then used the same device in a basement bathroom where a sewage pump is used to drain the faucets. The problem was how do I install the proper vent for the fittings to allow them to drain properly. Then I installed this device in a small cabinet under the sink. When I've tried all the fittings, they drain perfectly and I even hear the device seal close slightly. Now this bathroom works great without the very expensive vent pipe to the roof that would require three stories of piping in the existing walls to the roof.
