Easy to use, easy integration into our CRM system (Salesforce). The program is intuitive; it's clear where I need to go next in my email campaign - so if there are errors or problems with any of them they're easily seen and corrected before mailing! Nothing specifically that we dislike about this product but maybe more options would be nice? Just give us what you've got because all these tools have some benefits as well which can make your life easier sometimes too! We utilize several software programs throughout our business including marketing automation campaigns through MailChimp/Infusionsoft etc., real estate websites like Zillow, Trulia etc.; lead management systems such as Leadbolt, Marketoetc. The best part of real mailers is that it is very easy to use and the customer service is very helpful. I think the price of the service is a little high, but it is worth it. I would recommend real mailers to anyone looking for a great direct mail company. The ease of use and the customer service is great. I am able to send out emails to my list and I am able to track them.
