
I was assembling my current computer ie ordering components, installing MOBO etc. I had a problem and correctly determined that the problem was a disabled power supply. I ordered it and it was here at 8am the next day and it was great! Installed, started and nothing. Another dead box. Assuming I had a good part shipped to me, I gave up and took my box to a computer repair shop. When troubleshooting, they plugged it into an available power source and it immediately caught fire. That means they sent me a dead PSU. I spoke to Revain and the manufacturer about reimbursement for the computer shop labor, but they wouldn't do it. I assumed they would send me a working part and not order another power supply just in case. It seems foolish not to be reimbursed for labor costs that I would never have incurred if they had sent me a working PSU. The Corsair rep was very curt and rude. I will never buy a Corsair again
