First use - key broken in lock
When I first installed the lock on the trailer, the lock was stuck in the closed position. When I tried to turn the key to open it, the key broke off leaving a chunk in the lock. Only with the help of needle nose pliers was I able to turn the key enough to get it off my fob. Very disappointing quality.
