Still Thinking - Collars

So I have a small dog, you know, the ones that they say never bark and go crazy all the time . At first and for the most part I think it helps her not drive us crazy, I love that she beeps and vibrates that's all. However, there was one day when she didn't have any of it, and no matter how hard it vibrated, she kept barking, so I'm undecided on that.
