This mount is very well made. It's easy to install and all hardware is included. I bought this for a 32" Samsung and found that the mount weighs almost twice as much as the TV. Installation is even more detailed on the Sanus website if you have any questions and the phone tech support is excellent. This compares to the fact that the center line of the mount is not the center of the TV. In other words, if you're expecting the TV to be centered with the mount, you're wrong, the unit is misaligned in either direction. , depending on which direction you turn the lever. I was able to fix this by only using 2 screws, not the 4 recommended, to attach the TV to the bracket. This is NOT A RECOMMENDED PRACTICE, but my unit is lightweight and I wasn't worried about the TV snapping or being too heavy and detaching from the back of the mount. In my setup between two windows, if the TV wasn't centered it would look awkward.
