We needed a TV stand that would extend to at least 18 inches. With an extension of up to 22 inches, it's ideal for catching up when cables need to be routed. changed or moved. This is one of the more expensive TV stands but I have a feeling you get what you paid for.

Bought this to display our new 46 inch Samsung LED TV in the common room. I am developing and have no problem supporting the device. I used this unit for Samsung 40 inch 6400, I called Sanus to see which model would fit, you can also do it online. TV manufacturers seem to have a set of standard hole patterns for mounting such stands - it was 400 x 400. The stand plate was the same as many other hole patterns - the problem was that the plate was hiding 2 sockets and an electrical plug. This mount is very well made. It's easy to install and all hardware is included. I bought this for a 32" Samsung and found that the mount weighs almost twice as much as the TV. Installation is even more detailed on the Sanus website if you have any questions and the phone tech support is excellent. This compares to the fact that the center line of the mount is not the center of the TV. In other words, if you're expecting the TV to be centered with the mount, you're wrong, the unit is misaligned

I bought this to install my Samsung UN40H6350. Fitting the bracket to the back of this TV was a little tricky as the back of the TV is not "flat" and the spacers provided by Sanus are not ideal for this configuration. Also, make sure the power cord is reconnected to the TV before installing the mount as you will not have easy access to the power connector once the mount is in place.
