I bought this to install my Samsung UN40H6350. Fitting the bracket to the back of this TV was a little tricky as the back of the TV is not "flat" and the spacers provided by Sanus are not ideal for this configuration. Also, make sure the power cord is reconnected to the TV before installing the mount as you will not have easy access to the power connector once the mount is in place. As with all "first time" apps, it took me way too long to finish. Now that I've done it once, it takes an hour or less next time. I had trouble folding the device properly. One of the hinges just wouldn't move unless I used extreme force. I called Sanus customer service and they helped me solve the problem over the phone. They had the same mount installed in their office, and the rep spoke to me while "handling" the device. The hinge I'm talking about: It has a hex screw at the top and bottom of the hinge. The top hinge requires a regular Allen key, while the bottom hinge requires a really large Allen key. If you loosen those two, the axle works fine, although it took considerable effort to loosen the bottom hex nut. Could it have been overtightened and/or twisted from the factory?
