H20COACH does the work for me and reminds me to "DRINK MORE H20”. It's on my desk, and the pink color with different times and motivational words definitely reminds me to throw the water away. The cute bottle helps me drink water more easily. For the past 2 years getting my daily water intake has been a challenge for me and I knew I really needed something to motivate me. So far this has worked. I look at the bottle and the time, and that helps me stay on course. Plastic doesn't look cheap, but it's durable. Comes with a wrist strap.
