Well, it's a normal device, but first of all, you can't mount it normally. Just lie on your back or side against the wall. In any case, showing the controls is not easy. The real problem for me is that when your AC or fridge is running and you lose shore power it doesn't switch to battery without tripping with an overload alarm?!?! ? I thought it was defective but after reading the manual it confirms it is. If you have an RV or boat, you will only lose shore power when the AC is on. So if you switch to battery power, turn off the air conditioner and turn off the refrigerator on propane gas before unplugging it. I hope they can fix this with a firmware update. My brother told me to buy a Victron...should have listened.
