Transmission switch failure

Well, it's a normal device, but first of all, you can't mount it normally. Just lie on your back or side against the wall. In any case, showing the controls is not easy. The real problem for me is that when your AC or fridge is running and you lose shore power it doesn't switch to battery without tripping with an overload alarm?!?! ? I've been using a Xantrex TR1512 120 60 charging inverter for 11 years, apart from being a bit small for my power, the only maintenance I've ever done was dust off the fan connectors. Works but has some issues

The first thing I noticed after installation was that one of the two fans never stops, even when the battery is charged. Never. Contacted support, never got an answer. Since it was shipped to a different country, shipping it back would be expensive, so I decided to take action even if the warranty was void.
