Best price for this product, will buy more!

After using a Canon 700D with a 17-55mm lens for a year, I decided to upgrade to a Sigma lens. I asked about the cost of the full frame for a considerable amount of time because I was under the impression that I would not benefit from the crop any further than I already did. That is to say, everything fell roughly inside the parameters that had been established by Canon marketers. I was thinking to myself, "There seems to be no reason to worry about the 17-55 lens; it seems to be sharp enough, okay, a little flimsy, but I'm not a pro, I shoot for my own enjoyment, and I get fantastic images for a family album." The lens has a focal range of 17 to 55 millimeters. Then, after purchasing a 70-200 f/4 lens with the intention of photographing children when they were out on walks, I came to the realization that the sharpness could be improved at a lower cost. However, the statement is still accurate; the 17–55mm lens is not part of the L-series. However, if you want the best bright regular zoom, you should get a full frame 24-70mm lens and you will discover a whole new level of happiness. Crop cameras are given a fresh lease on life as a result of the sudden and full destruction of this paradigm by the Sigma 18-35mm lens. As an aside, I upgraded from a 700D to a 7D simply for the sake of sigma after learning that the acquisition of FF lenses can now be put off for a considerable amount of time. There are no other formats that are comparable to the full frame. In this context, I wish to compare the Canon 17-55 and the Sigma 18-35 lenses. After taking the very first frame with one's own hand on the sigma, the advantages of the canon, which include a stub and a wider range of Possibilities, become largely irrelevant.

Pros
  • - An unbelievable degree of crispness ever since 1.8. The resolution of the lens perfectly covers the approximately 20 megapixels that are available on an ordinary current crop camera. The perfect quality of the materials used, as well as the assembly and ergonomics. A product that is ideal from both a functional and aesthetic standpoint, a dream come true for perfectionists. As you modify the focal length, nothing gets farther away from the point of focus, but the focal length itself does not change. - A motor for the autofocus that is both silent and quick. Precise autofocus. Without any necessary adjustments, the lens was a great fit for both of my cameras. - Included are a case and a lens hood. - Pricing, over twenty percent less expensive than the next closest competitor, the Canon 17-55 f/2.8.
Cons
  • It's possible that someone would view having a substantial amount of extra weight as a major detriment. For me, no.
