Review on 🧳 NOCO GBC017 Boost XL Protective Case For GB50 NOCO Boost UltraSafe Lithium Jump Starter by Joel Gumbiner

Perfect fit - tools and gear

This case is well built with quality materials and my NOCO GB50 portable jump starter fits perfectly. No protruding threads, no cheap plastic. All the reviews on this case aside, the $140 NOCO GB50 should have come with this case. Surprisingly, the manufacturer also charges $24 for this case and an additional $6 for an AC charging adapter, which is also sold separately! Unbelievable. I previously bought a Jump N Carry 700AMP JNC318 (no longer available from Revain) for less than $100 that included a case and all charging accessories, but a family member "borrowed it indefinitely". I replaced the "lost" unit with a NOCO 1500AMP GB50 for $140 and had to purchase the case ($24) and AC charging adapter ($6) separately. In total, I paid about $170 for the NOCO GB50 and its accessories (case, power supply). Keep this in mind when choosing NOCO's wearable launchers - they come with a nylon drawstring pouch, but that's just not acceptable. Personally, I prefer a more durable and custom-fit hard case.
