The keyboard is not working properly

I bought this keyboard case because I wanted to make working with the iPad easier. Well I've used it and it drives me crazy from time to time, for example I can't use the @ symbol on this keyboard and some other keys are mislabeled. This has become a major inconvenience when using the keyboard.

Pros

Auto sleep/wake function: Automatic wake-on-sleep protects and saves battery power. The iPad 10.2 keyboard screen automatically goes to sleep when you close the folio case. In order to achieve the perfect sleep effect, remove the keyboard, because the keyboard with iron prevents the mutual attraction between the magnets. Precise clipping allows full access to cameras, speakers, ports and buttons.
