Heel drop for women
As I use them more and more, the heel gets wrinkled and doesn't spring back. I usually always untie and loosen my shoes before putting them on so it doesn't get any worse, but it seems like every slight crease in the back of the shoe when putting it on causes the heel to flex and crease, and now there is it a permanent bump. Not happy with this shoe. I will not buy this brand again.
