Received this item today. It was GREAT QUALITY when I received it. Easy to unpack and individually adaptable. All items were present. I have to say that this was the fastest setup I've ever done for any device (TV, PC, laptop, phone, etc.). Although I did a little research before purchasing this device through Revain. Then, after ordering it and waiting for delivery, I did a little reading on this site (reviews and Q&A) just to have an "advantage" when it came time to set it up. Ultimately, from opening the box to when everything was done, it probably took an hour to an hour and a half. You'll be asked 2 or 3 times, you'll get ALL your questions answered so once your TV is delivered you have a plan of action and can pull this setup through. Here are the top "complaints" that are meaningless when working with a ROKU:A TV. THERE WILL BE NO COST TO CREATE A ROKU ACCOUNT AND ACTIVATE YOUR TV if for any reason you are presented with a website or phone call asking for payment to activate your TV, hang up or whatever and do a re-evaluation (ie accessed the correct website or dialed the correct phone number). You can activate your roku tv with a "free" roku account. You don't even need to bring a credit card. You get what you pay for. Yes, while this is true in all aspects of life, you can get a good deal without paying too much. I think this is one of those times! C. This item DOES NOT COME WITH A WALL MOUNT. If you want to hang it on the wall, buy the bracket yourself. If you're wondering what size wall bracket to buy, they're all listed in the instructions that came with your TV. Although I didn't wall mount it (I just used the included stands). One had to either read the Q&A (since this question had been asked over 20 times) or simply read the "Instructions" booklet that came with TVD. If you want to use your phone as a "Roku Remote", all you have to do is uninstall the app from your store (G-Play or Apple) and you're done. No, there aren't any numbers on the Roku remote, and yes, there's a volume rocker on the side. Just remember that in order for your phone to work as a remote control, both your phone and TV must be connected to the same Wi-Fi connection, if not, it's NO-GO!E. If you have satellite, cable, etc. YES, it will work with this TV along with Wi-Fi. The model I have doesn't work with Ethernet or Bluetooth, but TCL has models that work with Bluetooth and Ethernet. Be a little active, it will save you a lot of time in the end! It didn't take me time to set it up from start to finish. Take some time and do your research! This set is of excellent quality and you can easily customize it to your liking in the settings menu. Every aspect of this set is adjustable. I am very happy with the amount I paid for it! Try it, you won't be disappointed! along with the fact that a million forks don't come out of the back.
