Review on Prima Marketing Watercolor Confections Decadent by April Mitchell

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I bought it out of the box, I also liked the colors

I confess I only bought this set because of the box. When I saw that it had rounded edges on the valve instead of flat, sharp edges, I knew I had to buy it. Now that I can see it in person I have to say that this is the best metal watercolor box I have ever seen. All edges are rounded, even the top edge of the box, so I don't have to worry about cutting myself. In contrast to other boxes of this size, there is enough space between two built-in rows for a middle row of pots. (You need to stick them with a blue pencil or tape) The trays are on a detachable tray and you can stuff 7 trays in a row. However, in this case it will be very difficult to remove the tray due to the rounded edge of the box. There is a ring on the underside, on the insert surface, so that the box can be placed on the table. I bought the decadent pie set because I couldn't tell what colors were in any of the sets and thought they were metallics. it would be great. The colors don't have names, they're just numbered from #25 to #36. Pigment information is not included. I'm assuming they won't glow quickly. There are 4 metallic colors (pearl, silver, gold, copper) and the rest are non-metallic. They are very moisturizing and have a lot of color so I'm happy with them too. In addition to the 4 metallic shades, this set includes multiple shades that allow you to easily create almost any skin tone. , from very faint to very dark, plus some blues, greens, and yellows. It's an interesting palette and I enjoy playing with it.
