I bought this item because it was $20 cheaper than the original replacement filters. In fact I was initially very pleased and when you first get it it just comes in a plain cardboard box. When you opened the box, you received your filters and activated carbon filters. The charcoal filters had loose parts and nothing compared to the original replacement charcoal filters. When you get Dyson genuine replacement filters you don't even get a grain of charcoal/dust. Completely clean. The activated carbon filters in this box are dirty and dusty. In addition, the installation of filters has been disabled. I tried to pinch her and just couldn't hold her. Eventually I got fed up and went back and spent an extra $20 on original filters. The original replacement parts had no problems and fitted perfectly. Save time and nerves and use original replacement filters.
