I bought this kit because it had everything I needed to sew. I love that it had almost all the spools in the colors I would one day need to mend shirts/dresses/garments etc. The bag zips up nicely for easy storage and the elastic straps were strong to keep all the spools in place. . So far I've used this kit to sew on buttons and mend some holes. Those are my thoughts for now. The scissors were of the quality you would expect from a set this cheap. They don't cut well and I'll probably replace the scissors with stronger, sharper ones in the future. For me it is not a decisive factor. The needles are sharp and stronger than I expected. I used it to repair 2 thick winter coats and was pleasantly surprised. All in all a great price and I love that I finally have an all in one sewing kit!
