I've learned a lot about SEO and email marketing from their tutorials and articles. As a new agency, they're also quite helpful in answering any questions you may have. Their help desk has some issues - there's no way to submit tickets unless logged into your account (and then they'll assign one of their employees). However, the staff at StudioThomson seem really knowledgeable about their products and willing to assist!
