. Super easy setup. The physical setup is very intuitive. Look at the pieces and it will be pretty obvious how they fit together. Please note that the cameras are designed to be used with wired or wireless systems, so ignore the wired connection. It works and records WITHOUT internet access. Until I can run a new cable into that part of the house with the console, it's disconnected from my router. It works great and records to disk. I just can't use remote display, external storage or phone notifications. They will work when I add them to the network. The instruction manual is correct. Right-click and start poking around. It is set to record from the moment you plug it in. However, you must go through the installation process to personalize your settings.
