The camera is not very similar to Windows 10 Educational. When I plugged it in, it was found and the device was added. Open the camera app and it's there. Photographed with no problems. Switched from photo to video and everything went black. Opening and closing the camera app is the same. Disconnecting and reconnecting the camera worked a couple of times and no more. Then I removed the device and restarted. The device has been found and is working with the Image Camera app. But close the camera app and then open Teams. Sometimes the team video works, sometimes it doesn't - it's just black. But if the last setting was video (not picture) in the camera app and I recreate the device and launch the camera app, the video plays fine until I try to switch from video to picture. I tried USB 2 and USB 3 on both the front and back of the computer as the instructions in the box said the front USB ports might not have the required power for the camera to work properly. I think the picture quality and character quality are good when they work. However, since there are no drivers for this camera, I'm not sure how to troubleshoot further.
