It's hard to open at first - just keep trying.

Wow, I have had many diffusers in my life and this one was the hardest to understand. The instructions don't help much! I finally realized that the front panel buttons are just touch buttons! In general I am satisfied with the purchase.

Pros

Auto power off without water: The diffuser will turn off automatically when the time is up or the water runs out. This means it will be safer for us, especially children.
