Good leash and good guarantee

I bought this leash a year and a half ago for a dog and another in March 2020. Recently both started cracking, the old one is worse than the new one. I contacted the company about the advertised warranty and sent them a photo, they sent me a 99 percent discount coupon for replacement lines. At first they become stiffer, but then the skin relaxes and becomes very soft. They look good, overall stronger and sturdier than other lines I've used. Cloth lines have ripped completely without warning in the past. I really love these leashes.
