Other than the lack of instructions and poor illustration on this listing, I really like this gear shift knob - it's a solid aluminum construction and I won't be replacing it anytime soon unlike the stock gearshift knob on my 2003 Honda - I'm certain the vertical orientation while having less parts won't break anytime soon.Onto the poor instruction, so the adapters you get have to be cut open at the top (I used a wire cutter tool) and then slid (I should say struggled to get it on) over the gearshift lever while using the gearshift knob to push down onto the lever with the rubber sleeve on - and then the screws you get with it have to be tightened onto the rubber sleeve through the pre-drilled holes in the knob while the knob is over it.
