Review on Linon Kitchen Island Granite Top Furniture by Diane Hubert

I received the box in good condition and everything was carefully packed. However, there were several problems. After laying everything out, I noticed a few scratches and dents on some of the wood pieces. I was able to touch up most of the scratches with furniture markers but there are a number of noticeable dents in the wood (see attached photo). There was a large recess in the wooden handle of the wire box (see photo). Another issue was the holes drilled on either side to accommodate the wire box slats. One side was supposed to have two holes drilled at each end and the other side was supposed to have one hole drilled at each end, but they drilled one end with holes reversed. I was able to carefully measure and correct it. This is a great looking solid wood microwave cart and I love the looks but they need to do some quality control. I will contact Amazon as it was the seller and inquire about a new wire box as the hollowed out wooden handle is permanently attached. One star deducted for quality control issues. Design and quality of materials for 5 points.
