Inkbird asked my opinion.

This review is based on an unsolicited email solicitation from Inkbird. have you tried this Does it meet your needs? I tried it and found that it is very lacking. We would appreciate if you could help us answer the following questions. Since this is a new version to improve the products and improve the quality, I am writing this letter to seek your advice. If you have any advice, please reply below.1. Where will you use it? such as greenhouse, aquarium, sausage smoking, brewing? I was planning to use it in a mushroom grow room. However, since this is unacceptable, I only used the temperature control function in the mushroom incubator. The temperature fluctuates around 8*F which makes it unusable again.2. Do you have any suggestions for improvement? Yes there is. Rewrite the description to make it easier to understand. The description led me to believe that it would control the following functions. Heating, cooling, humidifying, drying. There are only 2 sockets on the controller. I thought Inkbird found a way to combine other features, but that's not the case. It will perform 2 arbitrary functions but not 4 as you might think from the literature. I have not attempted to control humidity and will not do so as humidity is more critical to mushrooms than temperature. If it's as inaccurate as the timing part of the controller, it will either cause rain or dry out the inside of the growth chamber. Both would lead to a loss of work of 2-3 months. I bought Inkbird because I had an 8 station sprinkler timer that worked flawlessly for years and was made by them. I expected the same quality and ease of use from this controller, but unfortunately I was disappointed. Not everything is that bad. The amount of power you can toggle with this controller is amazing! 1800 W without using a solid state relay. Most controllers can't get close to these numbers. So if you need to switch a device with more than a small load and its inaccuracy isn't a big deal, this controller is probably for you. For my sensitive application, this is almost useless. My mother taught me that if you don't have anything to say, don't say anything. This was my position until Inkbird sent me an unsolicited email asking me to rate this product. This is the first negative review I have written in 53 years or since I learned to write. If possible, could you leave a comment on the product listing? Would be very helpful for other buyers! I am very grateful for that. Any reply will be greatly appreciated. Please contact us again if you have any problem with Inkbird devices. We will reply to you within 24 hours and offer you a satisfactory solution.
