Review on Southern Software JMS by Joseph Marshall

This program does what it says! Easy set up & intuitive for new users. The customer service support was great as well- very helpful in getting us setup correctly!! I would highly recommend this product. We needed something simple yet powerful so we were able get our jobs done without having too many people involved or being overwhelmed by complex options available from other companies/products out there. It's kept everything organized while keeping all of my employees informed about their tasks at any given time via email notifications.- No delays due to system not working right when you need them most (ie during rush hours) - easy integration into existing systems using API calls if necessary- ability to assign multiple emails to one person easily which helps keep track of who has been assigned certain duties within different departments.
