The system has been very reliable for our needs so far! I am able get alerts out quickly when issues occur or if something fails in production which helps me keep my mind at ease knowing we are not having problems without us being aware of it until then!! This program does what it says! Easy set up & intuitive for new users. The customer service support was great as well- very helpful in getting us setup correctly!!
