RAP2 was really helpful. I keep finding myself in a situation where my mobile technology isn't always available. This put me in a difficult position as I had trucks as I had a choice: try to find other mobile devices or ship them to the dealer. I called the customer service number and they walked me through the setup which was easy. I connected the kit to the outlet and to the DLC. The service is reliable and the wait was just over an hour but still more than the time it took to get it to the dealer. Also included is a charger to keep the car battery from being drained. All in all it took about 30 minutes to program the car, after completion I got a call - all I had to do was turn the key. I saved my business a lot of time as I no longer had to take the car to the dealer or wait for a mobile technician. Highly recommended Frank
