Overall this product is a solid 4/5. I think it fits the hand well and is a good weight. It doesn't look fragile at all, but it's pretty solid. I've found that in order to use the USB ports, I either have to plug them in before opening and booting the Macbook, or rebooting. For example, I often use a Corsair headset (USB connection) for music and it does NOT work until I need to plug in a hub and USB device or reboot before starting. It's probably a software issue, but I've already noticed it. Finally, the images of this product are not clear or wrong. If you watch my video you will see that the USB ports are actually upside down compared to the picture or other USB hubs. The HDMI connection is also upside down. Switched ports do not cause any functional problems, they only interfere with plugging in a cable. I have attached some photos to the review to give you a better idea of the connections.
