As already posted here: I have had a Dymo WLAN printer for about 4 months. It works fine until a new Windows 10 update comes out. The software will then tell you that your printer is "offline" (in fact, it doesn't currently have an up-to-date driver for the new Windows 10 update). I know I can remove the printer from my PC and reinstall the whole thing. keeps going, but I'm calling Dymo support in hopes that if enough people call, they'll fix this issue once and for all. DAIMO: DO YOU READ THIS? I am afraid that we are all live beta testers and that they will release a new working Wi-Fi printer. and we're all stuck with this XXXX bit! Updated 8th July 2018: The problem still persists and I'm tired of calling Dymo's customer service (although for the most part they're pretty friendly and helpful). Now I'm just doing what they've been telling me for the past few months because now I can do it myself! This is a pain as you are essentially setting up the printer as if it were the first time. I have a brand new Dell Inspiron 17 with Windows 10. Another software update just came out and I'm about to start the setup process again. First. It's so frustrating! Daimo: Before you answer this with another "Call our customer service at xxxx" don't worry I have all the paperwork you need to do that. just fix the problem! Update May 9, 2019: I have now turned off WiFi on this printer and connected it using the USB cable that came with it. It works fine now but I think I could get a cheaper version! Don't waste your money.
