only owned it for 3 months and got it towards the end of the regular season in November. From what little I've used I have to say this is quite an impressive product. Fitting it into my Bell helmet is very easy. Although I was disappointed that with the Sena insert in the helmet I was no longer able to fit a matching cap unless I was using the SMH10. (Although it looks like I could shave off part of the tongue and get it working again.) The reduction was immediate. I can stream music and hear turn-by-turn directions from Google Navigator. When I actually spoke on the phone while driving down the street, another person said they couldn't know I was riding a motorcycle. My only complaint would be that for the kind of speakers they could make, the bass really suffers - there's almost none.
