I would say they are quality ankle boots. We tried 3 different brands that were significantly more expensive. But the dual strap design is what we need. Other, more expensive shoes continued to fall. My dog doesn't seem to mind wearing them. She got used to it in a few minutes. We originally bought them to protect their feet when hiking/camping. But I found that we use it regularly so she doesn't scratch her face 🤣. She has allergies. Despite giving her allergy meds, we noticed that she scratches a ridge on her chin. When we notice her scratching her face, we put these babies on and that stops her from rubbing her face until it burns. . a much better solution than wearing a cone! The only downside was finding the right size for my dog's feet. We have huskies with very large paws. after 2-3 tries we had the right size. I don't blame the product for that. I think I measured her feet wrong. So it's up to me
