At the clients doing the install and find out the splice is bigger than the ID of the pipe. So I had to leave the job and go to a machine shop to get it turned down. The cost I have in time and machine shop fees is way More than this cost. Asked for a refund and nothing, they said they would ship another splice but I’m in the middle of an install and can’t wait for something to ship from China. Had an issue also with two extension tracks I ordered from also. I’m a custom woodworker and they think they can just ship something else and I wait three weeks or more then I can fix it. Well it doesn’t work like that, I’ll have double the travel time and a pissed off customer.
