Technical support does not respond to an error MAC Connection Control

This is a pretty good product: it has many functions. Setup navigation is simple and intuitive. It supports VLAN/Trunking. The administration is good. But I have a problem: When using MAC address based connection control: when I add MAC addresses to allow list, they appear in both allow list and deny list. The same applies if you put the MAC addresses on the block list. I called Linksys support (Case #10662413) and spent at least an hour with a tech. He figured out the problem, tried it on his "server" and encountered the same problem. At that moment I thought that everything is fine, everything is going well. You can easily check each MAC address and see if Linksys allows or denies it. (He didn't say what to do if he did something wrong.) I told him it was funny and he reluctantly agreed, saying he would take the matter to the "engineers" and that it would could take a few days. or a week for them to reply and he will contact me as soon as possible. It's been two months and I still haven't gotten a reply from him and no firmware updates have been released. So I would have given this a five star rating, but instead gave it three stars based on the feature not working properly, as well as the lack of follow up from Linksys support and the apparent decision (yet) not to fix it. Maybe I should try a new brand next time. : Resolving the ambiguity of connection control by MAC address: I tested and found a solution to the ambiguity associated with the same MAC addresses that are in both the Allow and Prevent lists " appear. . The same MAC addresses will still appear in the allowed and denied lists, but only the last one saved applies. Linksys has still not resolved this issue, neither by clarifying the user manual nor by updating the firmware.
