I like that you can easily set up your cases into categories, which makes it easier when searching through all of them in one place! The report options are also useful for finding trends or looking back at previous activity/cases.
There isn't much we dislike about Crosstrax so far as I have used their service twice now. It's been easy enough with our team members using this product since they use other products from different companies already (ie Evernote). We're solving some issues around keeping track of evidence and information related to each investigation while maintaining accountability across multiple users.
